No Knead Bread

So this bread recipe has been going around for a year or two in Paris and I’ve always wanted to try it. I decided to share it with the other side of the world Aka New York. Results are insane and the recipe is very very easy. I know you all make bread, everyone makes bread and this is the same steps without kneading so its like basically a must do recipe. Oh and did I tell you delicious? It has this rustic look to it and tastes like baguette. Mmmm
Yield: 12 small or 8 big rolls. Time: 2hrs

Ingredients:
4 cups of flour
300 ml of lukewarm water
70 ml of milk ( soy, almond, rice)
2 tbsp of olive oil
1 tbsp of yeast
2 tsp of salt
1 tsp of sugar

Directions:
step one:
Combine the milk, water, sugar, yeast, and oil in a bowl and mix until the yeast melts. In another bowl combine the salt and flour. Mix the dry ingredients in the wet ingredients and stir until a sticky dough forms.( yup, thats it!)

Step two:
Sprinkle 2 tbsp of flour on top of the dough and cover bowl with plastic wrap. Let it rise for 1h30.

Step three:
Once the dough is triple its size. Take two spoons and scoop the dough out and place on a sheet pan (with parchment paper).

 Step four:
Let the dough rise for another 20 minutes. In the meantime preheat the oven to 450 degrees ( yes that is correct 450 degrees) and cook for about 20 minutes.

These were gone the same day, well technically night. I made them for pulled beisket sandwiches and invited everyone and they were all gone. I should be happy I know but I doubled the recipe and was hoping to have some extra 😜. Anyway, I really hope you guys enjoy this recipe. It is extremely easy and soo good. Like really good… Crispy yummy good. Here’s a pic of my sandwich just to make you jealous 😛
