Four cheese pizza with spinach and portabella mushrooms

Yesterday I went to Fairway and found Camembert, it brought me so many memories from Paris. Although, the taste was awesome you cannot compare it to the Camembert from France, the flavor is so much stronger and better. I cannot wait for my sister to come so she can bring me all the french goodies that we’re missing here in New York.

I never know why I don’t make homemade pizza more often. It is really easy to make and delicious. I used to make pizza all the time in France because I would put every type of cheese
On it. This recipe is actually very good and I can still remember the taste of the ones in Paris when I take a bite out of my homemade one. Enjoy!
